1.) It broke righ away

I don't know if I got a lemon or if all these chairs are inferior. A few months after it arrived the welds broke where the seat back attaches to the seat bottom. I contacted the supplier who said they would replace it, but I had to pay the shipping to return it. Were talking probably $30-$40 to return a big heavy box. What kind of deal is that? So now I have a $275 ottoman.

It hasn't even been 6 months and this chair has broken! I first had issues getting the chair. Shipping time took twice as long as orginally stated. I have called customer service on several occasions with no return call. Today I finally spoke to someone on their online chat system and was told that there is only a 30 day guarentee!!!!! Stay away from this company, stay away from this chair!

I bought this chair from Big Lots and was very happy with the purchase fro the first 3 or 4 days. Then the bearing dropped out of the tube in the middle of it. Now we can no longer use the chair. BUYER BEWARE!

My chair arrived today. Took out of box but did not assemble. Cushions and Chair look cheap, not like the picture. Will attempt to return the chair for a refund.
