I wanted an inexpensive and durable office chair that might help with occasional backaches and sitting too long. This product did it. The vibrating massage is super relaxing and the ottoman has a detachable wire for the massage heads at the feet -- so you can unplug it and move it out of the way or plug it in, put your feet up and massage your legs while you read mail. There are multiple massage options, heat on or off, and intensity setting. All great and comfortable. I loved the chair so much, I bought a second one for my business partner, and she loved it! Chair is not genuine leather, but a composite which may have real leather. Very difficult to tell except for the fabric backing. Didn't expect real leather for the price and so I was surprised it looked and felt so good -- very soft, attractive and comfortable. Chair assembles very easily.

I was looking for a leather chair that reclined for my office. Target was selling a similar model in black that had good reviews, but I liked this one since it was cream colored (it looks more white in the picture than it actually is). It's more of a vibrating massage than a kneading massage - but it is a small fraction of the price of those chairs. There is a heating mechanism in the lumbar area which is nice when my lower back is sore. My only complaint is that the base is light weight and the chair does tip rather easily if you sit at the edge of the seat when it's reclined.

The chair is comfortable but the message doesn't work properly. After working for a minute or so, it stops. The customer service is very friendly and accommodating. They replaced the chair top and remote control without fuss.

Wonderful chair, arrived very quickly, and relatively easy to set up.

Very comfortable, and nice looking. I have titanium rods in my back, and this chair is for me to relax evenings in my room reading or such. Very wonderful for that.

Only thing I wonder about is the seat if high up and the foot rest is low. Only wish I could get my feet up higher.

But I do love the chair!
